Questions
What counts as an event?
Every pageview and every goal or custom event your sites send, including events sent through the server API. Identify calls and payments imported from Stripe don't count. Traffic we filter out as bots doesn't count either.
Which traffic level do I need?
Start the trial and send your real traffic. The billing page counts it and points out the level that fits, and you can move up or down whenever you like.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing breaks straight away. We email you at 80% and again at 100% of your monthly events. After that there's a grace period while you upgrade or traffic settles. If usage stays over, we pause collecting new events until you upgrade or the next month starts. Nothing is deleted, and your dashboards stay available throughout.
What happens when the trial ends?
Pick a traffic level to keep collecting. If you don't, we stop collecting new events but keep your sites and data for a while, so you can come back and carry on.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Who handles billing and VAT?
Our reseller, Paddle, is the merchant of record. Paddle processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles VAT and sales tax for your country. Your card statement will show Paddle.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, on Hetzner servers in Germany and Finland. We never store raw IP addresses and we never sell or share your data for marketing.
Can I change my traffic level later?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades apply from your next billing period.
